What is the texture of the polyester material?
It's a soft, lightweight fabric with a smooth finish, similar to a high-quality sheet but more durable.
Is the tapestry print on one or both sides?
The high-resolution dye sublimation print is on one side of the fabric. The back is white.
Will the colours fade if exposed to sunlight?
The dye sublimation process embeds the ink into the fabric, making it highly resistant to fading from indirect sunlight. However, we do not recommend placing it in constant, direct sunlight for extended periods.
How do I remove wrinkles or creases from the tapestry after shipping?
You can safely use a steamer or iron on a low, gentle setting (with a cloth between the iron and the tapestry) to remove any wrinkles.
Is this tapestry suitable for outdoor use?
This tapestry is designed primarily for indoor use. While the polyester material is durable, prolonged exposure to weather elements like rain and sun is not recommended.
How heavy is the tapestry? Is it easy for one person to hang?
It is very lightweight, making it easy for one person to hang, even in the largest sizes.
What is the difference between the included "Nails" and "Clips"?
The nails are small tacks for securing the tapestry directly to the wall. The clips are an alternative that can gently grip the corners of the fabric, allowing you to hang it without making holes in the material itself.
Is the fabric opaque or slightly see-through?
The fabric is opaque, ensuring that the wall colour behind it does not show through and your design remains vibrant.
Can the tapestry be machine washed?
Yes, you can machine wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air-drying or tumbling dry on low heat to preserve its quality.
Are the edges of the tapestry hemmed?
Yes, all four edges are professionally hemmed to prevent fraying and provide a clean, finished look.
